Hello from the Lancaster Homes team! It’s been a while since we’ve written a news update on our blog, and we wanted to share what our team has been up to lately.

Lancaster Homes is a family-run builder, and we’re a small and close-knit team. We’ve been hard at work closing homes since 2016 – building new homes and communities, and getting them ready for our new homeowners. With hundreds of new homes now closed in our various communities (including Pine River in Angus, Charing Cross in North Oshawa, Lyon’s Creek in Chippawa/Niagara Falls, Simcoe Landing in Keswick and Summervale in Bowmanville) and families having moved in, we’re ready to open up some new communities for sale again.

We’re currently working on a brand new launch at our best-selling Pine River community in Angus, just west of the City of Barrie and situated on the west bank of the Nottawasaga River. The new phase is called The Woodlands Collection, and will consist of a mix of all-brick freehold townhomes and spacious single detached homes from the high $300s on premium tree-lined, forest views lots, right next to our existing Pine River community. The Woodlands Collection presents the perfect opportunity for growing families who want more space and to plant roots in a beautiful, lively and established community. The community is coming this September, so if you’re interested make sure you’ve signed up for Pine River priority updates including an invitation to our exclusive VIP sales event.

We’re also working on a new phase coming soon to Charing Cross, North Oshawa’s best new home community. This is one of our most popular communities, and we’re looking forward to bringing more homes to this spectacular location.

We’re busy getting approvals for a new phase at our popular Summervale community in Bowmanville too, which homeowners love for its exceptional location, affordable quality and friendly, accessible community. The new phase is expected to come in late 2019, so stay tuned!

Our Lyon’s Creek community is currently open, with model homes open for viewing, as is Simcoe Landing in Keswick, with decorated model homes and some special upgrades being offered right now. Interested in purchasing a new home? Come pay us a visit!
